摘要

A new magnetic field effect (MFEs) device that can equipped magnetic field with an available luminescence instrument has been designed. The composition, characteristics, its application for suppressing the undulation of solvents which containing hydroxyl group and suppressing scattering light in resonant synchronous, and the improvements of sensitivity of resonant synchronous fluorometry have been studied [1]. The experimental results shown (hat the undulation of the scattering light of some solvents can be reduced to 2% by MFEs technique. On the basis of this discovery, a new method named MFEs-resonant synchronous fluorometry has been established [2-3]. Furthermore, when we combine the MFEs technique with polarization technique, another novel method what is called MFEs-polarization-resonant synchronous fluorometry has been set up.
