Abstract: Consider some questions of optical discrete devices (ODD) in a distributed CAD system at various levels of computer support. It is necessary to standardize the optical design process in order for many more researchers to be able to design optoelectronic systems and the challenge in building these systems will shift to the design complexity and the cost of system fabrication. The analysis of new properties of the materials can be carried out with the help of expert system (ES). A conceptual design is a schematic idea of the way to make up the mutual relation between global material dualities and/or geometric properties. A knowledge base was formed in expert medium for development of discrete devices generating dynamic holograms. !7
