Abstract: This paper introduces a variety of new techniques for holographic displays, offering an active time element for viewer dynamics. In interactive systems, viewers trigger dramatic changes in holographic images. Light and projection events alter the holograms in response to viewers' movements. Reconstruction light angle changes, digital video and computer-generated animation all play roles in these systems. LCD video projection opens the door to the use of holograms as screens suitable for color-coding depth. Electronic media are also tools for generating integral holograms. A video-to-computer-to-hologram system completed a series of holograms of the classic elements. !5
