This paper deals with the simulation of the signal received by apolarimetric bistatic radar observing the sea surface. The radar isconsidered installed on aircraft or helicopters flying over the sea at aconstant velocity. The authors present the modeling of the receivedsignal as a function of time. They model completely the bistatic movingradiolink by taking into account the antennas radiation, thepolarimetric behavior of the target and the mobiles velocity effect. Inthis application where the sea surface is considered as the target, itsscattering behavior is calculated by using the two-scale model
