Network resource planning and management: 1990's

With large-scale requirements for local area networks (LANs) it is increasingly necessary to systematically plan and manage computer resources. To effectively implement and maintain computer network resources one must carefully consider and evaluate the various components like the user skills, hardware/software and management tools. The authors focus the various issues involved in the process from concept to implementation.
