Recent technological advances have made possible the low-cost implementation of Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) Systems. On the other hand, the development of VSAT Systems have made satellite communications more prosperous. From the point of view of China's present conditions, a VSAT Network for People's Bank of China (PBC) has been designed and established. The design parameters and network performances are analyzed in the paper. The operation of PBC's VSAT Network has been proved to be satisfied and the design aim has been achieved.
