摘要

The asynchronous transfer mode(ATM) is considered to be the most suitable choice for B-ISDN because of its flexible bandwidth and time transparency. In this paper,an architecture based on unbuffered NXN Delta network is presented for ATM switching,whose fabric is simpler and throughput/delay performance is better.The throughput,delay and packet lost are evaluated.
