A Comment on T.4 Recommendation

The elements to be coded in pass mode, namely ,b1,b2(see TABLE 3/T.4 of CCITT T.4 Recommendation )are unreasonable ,because they are not in accordance with the definition of pass mode and FIGURE 7/T.4 . After changing b1,b2 into a1,b2, we can correct this mistake.
