Summary form only given. Some different database managementprogram complexes were developed for creation and work with the CentralData Bank, connected with the long term consequences of the Chernobylaccident. In this data bank, the information has been accumulated forabout 10000 populated areas belonging to 15 oblasts (regions) of Russia.The total number of data types (fields) is about 600. The main datagroups for radioactive-contaminated territories include populated areaname, administrative code and geographical coordinates, social andeconomic development products, contamination by radionuclides, data onmeasured internal and external exposure doses, estimates of expecteddoses, administrative affiliation (state, oblast, raion, villagesoviet), populated area type (town, settlement, village) and name,information about participation in a collective or state farm, quantityof houses (for country-side populated areas), size of population,indication of belonging to a zone e.g., the zone of relocation or thezone of favourable socio-economic status, etc.), and prevailing buildingtype
