Operational perspective of SDI

摘要

The authors describe the initial approach to operational planning in support of the SDI (strategic defense initiative). Consideration is given to the development of a draft operational concept, the identification of the tradeoffs and impacts of emerging technologies, programs currently under review by SDI officers, and the enhancement of operational endurance.
