摘要

The refrigeration system of the cabin of foreign advanced civil aircrafts has developed from two-wheel to three-wheel bootstrap high pressure water separation system (BHPWSS). The traditional method used for matching the system thermal parameters is complicated. In this paper, a calculating model for matching the enthalpy parameters of the three-wheel bootstrap refrigeration system is proposed. The model is used for the matching calculation. Results show that the use of enthalpy instead of temperature as the state parameter of the system accessories can avoid double counting of the saturated humidity of the connection state points between accessories, and can at the same time avoid the selection of different methods in heat exchanger thermodynamic calculation. The advantages of this method are as follows: (1) It is of a clear physical concept, and can be easily programmed; (2) The matching process can be simplified due to the reduction of the iteration numbers of the system.
