摘要

This paper takes a residential building at hot summer and cold winter zone in Changsha, China as the research object with "Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Residential Buildings in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone" (JGJ134-2010). Based on the value of energy consumption per unit area and the current 50% energy-saving rate of residential buildings, it is compared that the adaptability of the three types of roof in Changsha, China by using theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods. The results show that an ordinary flat roof through energy saving transformation to an aerial ventilation roof or a planted roof, a residential building can meet the 50% of energy-saving requirements. The contrastive study of the relevant aspects in this paper provides an important basis for the design of energy-saving roofs of residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone.
