It is difficult to predict the thermal efficiency of cement clinker production on line. A thermal efficiency prediction model based on clustering algorithm is established to solve the problem. Firstly, aiming at the shortcomings of fuzzy c-means clustering and unsupervised clustering, an improved fuzzy c-means supervised clustering algorithm is proposed. Secondly, based on the characteristics of parameters and data of cement clinker production process, a supervised distributed support vector predictive model is established. Finally, the simulation results show that the prediction accuracy of this algorithm is high and it can be used for real-time prediction of thermal efficiency.
