In this paper, we investigate the performance in terms of BER of the impact of the nonlinearity of High Power Amplifier (HPA) on the Multi User-massive Multiple Input Multiple Output (MU- massive MIMO) over Rayleigh fading channel. Thus, we propose a nonlinear distortion iterative cancellation (NDIC) algorithm based MMSE and AMP at the receiver level, in order to estimate and mitigate jointly a nonlinear distortions and the channel noise. Numerical results are provided that the NDIC method can efficiently compensate the nonlinear distortion even after first iteration.
