Through the establishment of inter-satellite links, we can improve satellite autonomous operation, measure the distance between the satellites and get information from other satellites. By studying the traditional acquisition methods, a method based on fractional Fourier transform (FRFT) is proposed to solve the problems of receivers that have larger Doppler frequency and Doppler changing rate under high dynamic environment. With this method the signal energy can be gathered on the fractional Fourier domain, and by using constant false alarm rate detection the algorithm can improve the acquisition probability effectively. At last, the simulation proved that the algorithm can perform very well to the acquisition under high dynamic environment. It is proved that the algorithm proposed in this paper can provide reference to the acquisition of inter-satellite links.
