Compared with conventional electric vehicle (EV) charging station, the photovoltaic-storage-charging integrated charging station (ICS) has the characteristics of high coupling of photovoltaic and storage and high proportion of new energy consumption. In order to adjust the charging load scheduling strategy, a regional scheduling framework of ICSs is presented firstly. Then, an optimal scheduling model is constructed which aims at reducing load variance, cutting carbon emissions and improving users satisfaction. Cuckoo search algorithm is used to optimize the problem. Finally, multi-scene simulations are designed based on the road network and distribution network system and the results demonstrate that the strategy plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, reducing load variance and shifting peak load.
