Research on Source-Grid-Load-Energy Storage Collaborative Service Business Model Based on Business Model Canvas Approach

摘要

The advancement of energy internet has brought a new business model of source-grid-load-energy storage (SGLE) collaborative services. It is of great significance for future development of power enterprises to study the business model. This paper firstly carries out the research on the connotation and characteristics of SGLE collaborative services. Then, typical SGLE collaborative services are analyzed. Finally, a business model of SGLE collaborative services based on business model canvas (BMC) is presented from the perspective of power enterprises, hoping to provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of traditional power enterprises.
