“ Coal-to-electricity transformation ” technologies such as regenerative electric heating are alleviating the problem of heating pollution and wind curtailment. But at the same time, the peak-valley difference of the power grid is exacerbated. In order to solve the problem of unstable operation of the power grid caused by “ Coal-to-electricity transformation ”, it is an effective way to simulate different types of building loads and perform targeted load regulation on different types of users through load aggregators.This paper adopts the K-means method to carry out cluster analysis on loads and obtains load characteristics of typical buildings in rural areas. At the same time, the profit models of aggregators and users are established, and a case study is performed. The results show that the load reduction increased by 41% after adding the clustering algorithm.
