Capacitance Deviations for Deformed Parts of Solid MEMS Sensors

摘要

In this paper authors presents considerations regarding capacitance deviations under structure deformations. This problem is very important because meaningfully influences on device sensing capability by changes of output capacitance and consequently values of electrical signal processed on Integrated Circuit level.
