摘要

In this paper, a discrete Meyer wavelet-based quick fault identification scheme is developed for the parallel transmission line (PTL) connected with wind-generation power plant (WGPP). The proposed scheme uses the characteristics extracted from the discrete Meyer wavelet to identify the fault type. The parallel circuit power system has been modeled in MATLAB/Simulink. The outcomes of simulation signify that the proposed scheme perform effectively to give 100% accuracy and authenticate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
