Crowdsourcing can improve productivity by distributing tasks to the public. However, the traditional crowd-sourcing system has some problems. We have implemented a novel crowdsourcing system based on blockchain, which can solve the single point of failure. considering the risk of data loss in a centralized system, we complete data storage based on ipfs and propose a data access control method for ipfs. When disputes occurred during the crowdsourcing process, the traditional method was to decide results by the centralized platform, which may lead to unfairness. We innovatively apply the quadratic voting to the crowdsourcing system. And for the sybil attack in the voting, the process of voting was improved. The experimental results prove the feasibility of the crowdsourcing system.
