Wide-angle ISAR Imaging of Highly Maneuvering Targets using Compressive Sensing

In practical wide-angle ISAR imaging scenarios, any Fourier based ISAR imaging algorithms cannot focus the ISAR images. To address the problems, we propose a new ISAR imaging framework by implementing compressive sensing theory and image fusion. In experiments, we observed that the proposed framework provides for high-quality ISAR images even for highly maneuvering targets.
