Impact of Post Cloud Computing Paradigms on IoT

IoT is the enabler technology to realize the vision of a fully connected world. To fulfill this future vision, IoT domain is expected to deliver services like security, scalability, efficient resource usage, and high performance metrics. But there are numerous challenges arising for the successful implementation of IoT for delivering these services. Thus future research vision highlights the integration of cloud computing with IoT. The conventional cloud computing also experiences some issues. Meanwhile there are some new technologies to be used as alternatives to cloud computing which can be collectively called as post cloud computing paradigms. This paper makes an attempt to study the utilization of various post cloud computing paradigms integrated with IoT. It describes the emerging changes in IoT with the development of various post cloud computing paradigms. It analyses their impact on IoT with the help of a detailed survey and comparison.
