Leveraging Latest Developments for Delivering Patient-Centric Healthcare to Diabetic Patients

Modern healthcare has improved a lot in terms of providing quality treatment to the patients by giving patient-centric care to them and making them aware of the relevant tools available for their self-care. However, these healthcare solutions have not proven sufficient to control the ongoing increase in the rise of diabetic patients. Diabetes is a fast growing chronic disease prevailing in most of the countries that if not dealt carefully will slowly leads to death. Diabetic treatments available today only help patients in controlling it to some extent, but science is still striving to find a proper solution to prevent and cure it. Despite of the advances made in providing better care to patients, there is still an immense scope for treating diabetes in a digital way by embedding it with latest technologies. This paper also proposes a framework, which uses machine learning and precision medicine approaches of bioscience that helps in early diagnoses of disease and provides personalized treatment to the patients.
