Adaptive Immunohistochemical Image Pre-processing Method

摘要

In this research study, the authors analyzed immunohistochemical images used to diagnose breast cancer pathologies. The authors developed an adaptive method of immunohistochemical image pre-processing. This method allows improving the quality of immunohistochemical image processing at the following stage of segmentation and calculating the quantitative characteristics of micro-objects. The method is based on computer vision algorithms.
