Resilience of MDCS Watermarking Algorithm in Wireless Network Environment

摘要

This paper presents a robust video watermarking algorithm MDCS. Its performances and watermark extraction capability in wireless channel with dropped packets were tested. The experimental part of the paper confirmed the possibility of extraction high quality color watermark in function of insertion parameter T. The limit value of the insertion parameter which allows extraction of watermark without errors was determined. The obtained results confirm the MDCS algorithm's resilience to packet loss and recommend it for copyright protection in the event of significant degradation of the video sequence.
