The Macroeconomic Model of Modern Global Terrorism

摘要

The basic aspects of economy of modern international terrorism are considered in the article. Drawing on the unique set of data about terrorism and basic indexes of economies in most countries, theoretical model of latent factors causing observed variables was built. Meaningful factors that influence economic development of the states being attacked, are educed. Key macroeconomic indexes that strongly react to terrorist incidents are determined for most countries of the world.
