摘要

In this paper, an approach to the development of medical wearables is proposed. The system integrates sensing modules, Wi-Fi microcontroller and Web browser based user interface. As an example, ECG-PPG monitor is presented. The signals are acquired by AD8232 ECG amplifier module and MAX30102 PPG and SpO2 system on chip. The ESP8266 microcontroller is used as a host, while HTML5 protocol with JavaScript, Canvas and Web Socket performs user interfacing, data post-processing and visualization. The idea and testing confirm satisfactory results, both in terms of performance and cost.
