An Effective Pattern Reconfigurable Antenna Without Using Switching Technology

The antenna plays an important role in transmitting and receiving information. An effective pattern reconfigurable patch antenna is proposed using CST-MW simulator. This innovative patch antenna can automatically adjust pattern, where each beam is 180 degree apart. Therefore, it may have called a smart antenna that has high pattern directivity. It provides about 460MHz bandwidth at 2.4GHz that is perfect for WiFi systems and would be enhanced the speed. Furthermore, its compactness and provides small voltage standing wave ratio value to make this antenna more effective for WiFi systems. Consequently, this antenna can be adopted for the base station design in WiFi technology.
