摘要

Fast fault location and accurate fault isolation are basic operation requirements in DC distribution network. In this paper, a novel fault location method is proposed which is based on impedance parameters identification.In doing so, a fault location module is put into the fault line,the aim is to form fault location series circuit.Firstly, port voltage and circuit current of fault location module are collected,and the collected datas are used to calculate measuring impendence of fault line. Secondly, determine the expression of equivalent impedance in fault line, whose expression is related to fault distance and transition resistance. Finally, making use of the equivalence relation between measuring impedance and equivalent impedance, so the fault distance and transition resistance can be easily obtained.
