In Wireless Networks, there are several techniques that are under consideration for channel access, few of them are CDMA (code division multiple access) and OFDM. Both these techniques are useful in fixing wireless connections to rural areas with good speed accessibility. The orthogonal code accessing helps in increasing the efficiency of channel, power control schemes, path loss prediction empirical models and near far effect helps in maintaining signal strength. With help of these wireless connectivity techniques network connections are possible effectively in rural areas also. Gold, kasami, Walsh Hadamard codes are well known orthogonal pn(pseudo-noise) sequences used in CDMA. This technique has importance in new generation networks. MATLAB Simulink helps in analyzing CDMA working in different spread spectrum techniques.
