摘要

CPVC cable protection pipe has been widely used in the national power industry. It is mainly used for the protection of power cables below 35kV. However, with the large-scale application of cable protection pipe, some manufacturers in order to pursue high profits, there are Jerry built phenomenon, resulting in poor product quality, insufficient compressive strength, poor heat resistance and other problems, seriously affecting the transmission quality and safety. At present, the performance test of cable protection pipe only judges the characteristics of a certain aspect through a single test item, but does not conduct a comprehensive analysis on multiple test items to explore the internal relationship between different test items. In this paper, through the multi-dimensional comprehensive analysis of multiple inspection items, combined with the production process and material characteristics, the internal causes of product quality are analyzed. Furthermore, the correlation analysis is carried out by using statistical method to get the correlation among multiple performance parameters, and a multi-dimensional evaluation method of product quality is proposed. This method has guiding significance for the production process, application scenario and test analysis of CPVC cable protection pipe.
