The performance of the standard meter is very important for the automatic verification lines. In order to study the influence of the reference conditions of the automatic verification lines on the standard meter, the analysis method combining the physical model and the mathematical model is adopted. Firstly, based on the internal structure of the standard meter, the effect of temperature and humidity on voltage/current sampling circuit and signal processing circuit are sequentially analyzed. Then, based on the above influencing factors, the experiment was designed. From the experimental data, the BP neural network was used to model and analyze the standard meter. The validity of the model to the standard meter was verified by the verification of the actual data set. It provides a theoretical basis for the large-scale verification of smart meters.
