摘要

There is a serious shortage of corrosion state detection device for grounding grids in today's market, so this study aims to design and develop a grounding grid corrosion state intelligent detection device. Firstly, the device is based on the measurement unit, with the Android software system as the core. At the same time, it has functions such as data processing, data saving and data display. It can accurately and efficiently measure the electrochemical parameters of the grounding grid and calculate the corrosion rate and corrosion depth. Secondly, the hardware filtering unit and software filtering algorithm of this device solve the problem that the previous equipment can’t get accurate data of the grounding grid due to electromagnetic interference. Finally, we use potentiostat and the device to make multiple measurements in the field and compare the measured data. The measurement results of this device have smaller error, Therefore, the device has better practical promotion value.
