In order to realize the vector control strategy of excitation synchronous motor, an efficient and stable hardware system platform is necessary for the hardware design of frequency conversion speed regulation platform of excitation synchronous motor. The performance of hardware platform will directly affect the actual control effect of control algorithm on motor. With the development and wide application of high performance digital signal processor, the accurate control of excitation synchronous motor is realized. For this reason, this paper designs and develops the variable frequency start control hardware platform of excitation synchronous motor with digital signal processor DSP as the control core, which provides the hardware foundation for vector control of excitation synchronous motor. The test results shows the feasibility of the frequency control system.
