The objective of this work mainly focuses on the surface friction coefficient of the polypropylene based building template pellicle. Herein, PP blends filled with lubricants (ER, OR and EBS) were prepared by melting mixing. The influence of lubricants mass fraction of the blends on the scratch resistance, precipitation migration of auxiliaries, mechanical properties, MFR were investigated. The scratch resistance analysis showed that the △L value of PP/ER and PP/OR decreased to the lowest when the mass fraction of ER or OR reached 20wt%. This finding indicates that the addition of ER or OR can effectively improve the scratch performance of the PP blends. The xenon lamp exposure results showed that the ER or OR can quickly migrate to the surface of the PP blends. It indicates that the addition of ER or OR can effectively reduce the surface friction coefficient of PP blends. Moreover, the mechanical properties were found to decrease with the increase in lubricants mass fraction due to the lower adhesion between the lubricant and the PP phase.
