摘要

In order to remove or reduce the design defects of the core and coil skeleton of traditional induction cooker, and further considering the improvements on efficiency, performance, cost, etc. in the process of processing and manufacturing of induction cooker, this paper proposed a design of a integrated core and coil skeleton of induction cooker, according to the finite element software simulation and experiment results. By the parameters scanning and optimization function of Maxwell finite element simulation software, this paper analyzed in detail the factors that influenced efficiency and uniformity in the induction heating of induction cooker, and carried on the optimization design for magnetic circuit model of induction heating of induction cooker, compared the traditional coil panel with the novel coil panel on density distribution of eddy current loss in pot, and revealed the characteristics of higher efficiency and more uniform heating of the new design.
