Combined with the coverage and service access characteristics of the electric power wireless private network, a relay selection and frequency allocation method for the deep coverage of the electric power wireless private network is proposed. The method uses the terminal direct connection technology of D2D to expand the coverage. The relay selection algorithm proposed in this paper can establish the relay candidate list for different types of services in advance, reduce the relay selection time, and select the most matching relay terminals according to different service needs and various kinds of feedback information. At the same time, based on the current situation of frequency resource division of electric power services, a relay frequency allocation method based on service characteristics is proposed, which will not interfere with the communication of the original terminal, but also can effectively improve the utilization rate of frequency resources. The method proposed in this paper can effectively solve the problem that a small number of terminals cannot access the network due to the coverage problem, and expand the coverage area, which is of great significance to the seamless access of power services.
