Specifics of formation of safety culture in the sociotechnical system of a nuclear facility

Sociotechnical systems include three subsystems: social, technical and environmental. They are based on the idea of human-machine interaction under the condition of immersion in political, economic, legal, value, ideological and other contexts. The social subsystem includes a management structure, employees of the enterprise, their knowledge, skills, attitude, values, attitude to the work performed, and a system of incentives. A technical subsystem is devices, tools, and technologies that convert input into output in a way that improves an enterprise. The subsystem of the external environment includes social values, social and state institutions, which the enterprise interacts with.
