Chondrogenesis of Mesenchymal Stromal Cells Modulated by Cell-Cell and Cell-Matrix Interactions

摘要

MSCs chondrogenesis is strongly regulated by N-cadherin-mediated cell-cell adhesion. Biophysical cues in the microenvironment can be engineered to facilitate MSCs migration, which is prerequisite to establish the cell-cell adhesions at low initial cell density.
