Co-Culture of Lung Fibroblasts and Breast Cancer Cells in Boronic Acid-Based Hydrogels

摘要

Cells in dynamic co-culture within boronic-acid-based hydrogels were proliferative and exhibited directional migration. This unique synthetic co-culture approach provides a platform for future experiments to investigate the complex interactions that underlie these behaviors, including use of reporter systems for real-time monitoring of cell activation and proliferation.
