Repeated soaking of lenses in MPS effects changes in lens diameter, sagittal depth, roundness, power, and central thickness in both MPS and lens-dependent manners. In addition, ISO test methods and tolerances may differ from the critical tolerances where clinical effects are observed and warrant revisiting.
