摘要

We developed a hydrogel platform that allows modulation of breast cancer phenotype, invasive growth or various dormant states, via tuning of matrix adhesivity and crosslink density. We also demonstrate the ability to reactivate dormant single cells via a dynamic increase in matrix adhesivity. This platform may prove useful in determining mechanisms of cancer dormancy and for future drug development applications.
