Enhancing Vital Bone Growth with Growth Enhancers - L-PRF and Calcium Sulfate

In an intact alveolar site, utilizing any of a number of graft materials may lead to volume preservation and sufficient vital bone formation to successfully place dental implants. With patients at higher risk for poor healing, sites outside of the normal alveolar housing and where vital bone is desired at a faster rate, enhancing conventional bone grafts may be required. In this presentation, clinical and histologic evidence has been shown where L-PRF and calcium sulfate has been added to allograft to form vital bone quickly and predictably.
