We fabricated PEM-coated SMP, which can be programmed to transit from flat to wrinkled surface topography to induce hiPSC-CMs alignment. We found that hiPSC-CMs were able to respond to the wrinkle formation via reorientation and elongation, but different myofibril components exhibited distinct remodeling process in a sequential order.
