摘要

This paper presents an extensive study on Cyber physical attacks on industrial control system. Different attacks were studied [1] and based on that knowledge two attacks scenarios (Bias Injection and Denial of Service attacks) were simulated in MATLAB/Simulunk environment. To implement those attacks, three tank system is used as a benchmark for this purpose. Also, in this paper threshold is designed, so that if an attack is happened on our system it must provide us the alarm signal so that countermeasures should be taken, for threshold design, Robust control theory is employed and LMI technique is incorporated to formulate this problem. The commonly used threshold i.e. Ith,RMS,2 is computed for this purpose.
