Taking a county mountain area in Guangdong Province as an example, this paper designs and implements a grid emergency repair management command system which integrates a website and a companion smartphone APP. The system adopts B/ S mode, asp.Net technology, and uses C# as the main development language, also combines Microsoft SQL Sever 2008 and other related software. Besides, it uses the method of mixed programming of MATLAB and C# to achieve the functions in distribution network, such as fault location, power quality analysis, fault early warning, etc. In addition, by taking advantage of the form of interaction between web page and APP, the system not only optimizes the process of work order but also improves the efficiency of emergency repair. The system has strong interactivity and maneuverability, and it also plays an important role in promoting the development of distribution automation in mountain areas.
