摘要

The basic connotation of the business performance appraisal management is to determine the general business objectives according to the general business principles of an enterprise in a certain period of time, and then to decompose the general objectives layer by layer and expand them step by step. Through the consultation between the upper and the lower levels, formulate the sub-objectives of each level, department and even everyone, and guide the sub-objectives of the general objectives and guarantee the overall objectives with the sub-objectives, so as to establish the target system unfolded from top to bottom and protected from bottom to top.
