摘要

At present, digital twins is an important form of modeling and simulation application in the digital age. Based on the equipment based on intelligent factory, combined with the key technology of digital generation, the surreal virtual real-time digital simulation of the workshop production line. Utilize Unity 3D to realize the virtual roaming display of the intelligent production line running process. However, the virtual model caused by the complexity of the production line is too large, so that the scene roaming is too heavy and the rendering rate is low. This paper studies the model optimization based on the three-dimensional design software Rhino. Through the comparative analysis of two major methods, the optimal optimization method is obtained, and the improvement is made according to the actual operation, which makes the optimization process more automated and efficient.
