Space Borrowing System based on Internet of Things Technology

In the past, in public places, such as schools or public libraries, space borrowing was used by users to visit the counter or to borrow through the Internet. In use, you also need to receive a space access card or a personal identification card (such as a student ID card). In recent years, due to the advancement of information and communication technology, the application of the Internet of Things (IoT) has become more and more. This paper proposes that the IoT space borrowing system integrates all devices and door locks in the space through the IoT technology to provide borrowers' access rights. The borrower can use the smart device to view and borrow the available space and control the IoT devices in the space through the smartphone during the borrowing period. This system not only reduces the manpower requirement of space management but also improves the space borrowing convenience and increases space usage.
